    It could be a white coturnix quail or maybe and Italian quail.

    Depends on the adult weight and where you got it. Either an English white or a Texas A&M.

    Probably a Texas A&M but could be a brown coturnix that came out white. If you raise enough browns some of them will be white because of a recessive gene they have.

    The breed would be coturnix. English White, Texas A&M, and Jumbo Brown are all types of coturnix. But I would agree it is a Texas A&M.
