A farm that I pass every day has many different breeds of poultry; chickens, geese, ducks, guineas and peafowl. They have one breed of chicken that I've never seen anywhere else and was hoping someone here might have an idea what it is by this description. It's a smallish chicken, similar in size to a barred rock I'd say. It looks exactly like a shrunken bald eagle! Dark body, white head and neck. It seriously looks like a miniature bald eagle walking around the barnyard. Adorable.
