Hi, I have some hens that I don't really know what breeds they are. It might be Barred Rock, but they don't look like one. I was thinking of North Holland chickens. If they are, does anyone know details about this breed?

Maybe Cuckoo maran chickens? I think BR's have yellow legs, not pink. CM's have pink. What color eggs do they lay?

Just normal cream big eggs. Not too white and not too brown, just in the middle.

I know Marans lay dark brown eggs. I don't think that's them.

Okay, yes, Marans definitely lay dark brown eggs.

Mixed breeds. The one closest to the camera doesn't seem to have quite the right patterning for a Cuckoo Marans, too much silver through the hackles and she's got a yellow beak, which means yellow skin. The one towards the back has a rose comb, and looks more like a Dominique, but she's got a white beak and skin.
Neither is quite right for a purebred bird.

Mixes, most likely Dominique or Barred Rock mixes.
