Hi can you tell me what breed of duck is this ?

The coloring does look like a silver appleyard. Where did you get it? The stance looks a bit tall. Is a mix a possibility? Did you see it as a young duckling?

It doesn't have a dark head, so female. A WH hen has a dark colored bill. Also something that is difficult to tell in a picture is a SA is a meat bird, but the WH is not, So the SA is larger than a WH. Of course if it is mixed the bill color and size could come from something else. For example I have a Pekin WH that looks similar to this. It even had SA colors as a duckling.
