    Looks like at least part Royal Palm.

    Some more pictures would help. It has the black primaries that come from Royal Palm. It looks kind of like a Sweetgrass, which is a black-winged Oregon Gray. It seems a little dark, but that could be the picture.

    it's a sweet grass, or calico

    or possibly a royal palm x narragansett cross

    hard to tell from that one pic, need clear shot of him and his tail, but it's definately 1 of those.

    With the new photo, I am still sticking with sweetgrass. The tail is very light like a calico, but the rest of the body seems too dark to be carrying the red gene that separates calicos from royal palms. It is definitely not Narragansett, the wing coverts are too dark, and the tail is too light.
