What breed/sex is this?

Earlier i posted a picture of another chicken and everyone was very helpful! I got this chicken a few weeks ago with what was suppose to be another hen..the other one is smaller than this one..so I wondered i this may be a rooster? Also they said that it was a Columbian Rock..is this true and if anyone can tell if its a male or female? Thanks

I've never had a columbian rock, but her legs are the correct color. Whether the black feathers around the neck and rump come in later, I cannot say, hopefully someone who has one or knows someone who is more familiar with that can comment on that. But from what I can see, it looks like a pullet.

I'm thinking he said about 10-12 weeks old

Looks more like a Delaware to me with those barred hackle feathers. How old? My gut says cockerel.

Looks like op replied 10-12 weeks, which looks about right based on picture and I agree. Cockerel
