What breed?

I'm gonna hatch my owns eggs and get them online so what breed of duck should I go with? I needs to be able to live with other breeds of duck and chickens. Also live in a little colder climate n the winter

I would recommend khaki Campbell
They are great layers and are fairly hardy.
They are also friendly and have brown/black colouring.

Really most ducks are going to do well in the cold.
I am partial to Ancoca Ducks, Welsh Harliquin or Cayuga ducks. All are calm, friendly, do well in the winter and are good layers.
Cayuga's do not lay as well as Harliquins and Anconas.
I have read that Anconas are very welcoming to other animals and ducks.
