It's hard to tell if he's a buff orpington or a buff cochin. If he has feathers on his feet then he is a cochin, if not then he is an orpington. Either way you're lucky. Both of those breeds are amazing roosters.

Buff Cochin. Make sure you trim those spurs, since they can cause problems for both him and any hens he tries to breed. I use a sturdy dog nail trimmer to clip off and blunt the ends of spurs.
