The chick is about 7 weeks old. can the gender be noticed?? Also what breed is this chick

Agree, looks like a silkie mix pullet. If she is the only one you have, she will need some chicken buddies.
Depending on where you live, silkies come in different sizes, though she looks small. In the US, bantams are most common. Her final size also depends on the other breed(s) she is mixed with.

I have many other chicks. I have 9 other ones but they are much bigger. Yet they hatched the same day
