    A little difficult to tell by the picture but I would say EE, judging on body and head shape.

    Could you get a better picture of him? He could be an ee or a Russian orloff as I see white in his muffs, beard, and head.

    He actually almost looks like either a really badly colored Russian Orloff, or an Orloff cross.
