Starting our first flock and got a brown egg layer assortment and 4 "adopt me bargain" chicks from Meyer Hatchery. The Brown Layers are pullets, but the adopt me can be anything and are straight run. Hoping they're all pullets. Some I've been able to ID, but there are a few that I'm just not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Loving them all so far, but just curious what I have. My guesses are based off of the chick ID page on Meyer's site.

#3 is really dark, but has some coppery marks. They're not distinct stripes like I would expect on a GLW, though. Very orange legs.

The one on the left is much more of a solid color, while the one on the right has three distinct lines down her (I hope) back.

The color or #5 is really on the blue side, not black. I saw a bunch of black Australorpes at Rural King yesterday and they're much, much darker.

She (I hope) is the only one with fuzzy legs. Fat and round and much fuzzier than the others.

The top one is a GLW; I have some that look just like it. The second one is a golden sex link. Three is a GLW. 4 is a buckeye I think; 5 in NOT an austrolorp! 6 may be a Cochin but I have no idea what kind...

I'm really very curious about #5. It looks like nothing I can find...between the blueish tint to the yellow dot on the head and the eye bar. Here is another angle sitting next to our blue copper maran.

    Ohio!
Number 1 are GLW's. Number 2 are Golden Buffs (same as golden sex link). I'm not sure about Number 3. Number 4 look like Buckeyes. I don't know about number 5 or 6. I hope this helps and your chicks are adorable!

Maybe post those pictures around some other threads and see if you get any answers!
