Sorry not the best pics but these are the best I could get today.

1.

I think this one is a type of Phoenix. Also he has yellow legs. He has a single comb.

2.

This one I am not sure about. He has a rose comb.

They both look like mutts to me Maxx, I wouldn't say the first on has phoenix, Phoenix have dark/slate leggs and white ear lobes, and the one in the pic, doesn't look to have a long tail from what I can see.

The first one is a very handsome guy, but no breed standard is jumping out.
the second one looks to have a large rosecomb, not a single. He has very nice feathering, but I would not be the one to give a firm on answer. Maybe some kind of game?
