I got these this past summer as a trade. They were a suprise, my friends mother sent them my way when I gave her 2 roos after hers had been killed. I never asked my friend what they were or how old, knowing that he had no idea and was just the delivery boy lol. I thought it would be fun to see what you all thought. i have just been calling them the bantams lol.

They are all silkie cross's. [IMG] If they lay a blue egg than they must be silkie/americauna or araucana. I bet at least one has 5 or more toes. Seems like I get at least one early silkie cross before I split my birds up into breeding pens every year, they are always cute and calm for me and awesome broodies. Hope that helps.[IMG]

They look like my banty cochin x silkies.....some of mine have 4 toes, some 5. Your green egg is coming from one of them with a pea comb, like the brown one in the 4th pic(probably a EE cross)

My guess is the white one is a EE X silkie - check out the beard and muff.

Quote:Exactly. That would explain the green eggs too.

They don't look like they have silkie in them. The skin on those birds is far too light.
