What can I breed a Porcelein silkie to?

Yes you will. I have two brooders filled with Porcelain chicks to prove it. About 25 in all, now get get the other colors to be that consistent! LOL

Re: Porcelain SilkiesIsabel is lavender diluted buff. Porcelain, as defined in the standard, is lavender diluted mille fleur. The lavender dilutes the buff in a mille fleur to isabel, the black to lavender and white remains white. As silkie people are using the term, the mille fleur pattern is not involved. Some of the porcelain silkies show more lavender, as in the photo posted by Kinder, some show more isabel, as in the photos I posted. However all of them have some amount of each colour.
