What can i do???

What can i do when one of my breeding pens is in a corn crib bottom layer with a small coop in the middle of it. And they are flying over the corn crib even if i have there wings cliped.

I cliped my girls wings the first time and I guess I didn't take off enough. So I went and did it again and they have not flown since. Try taking more off the flight feathers.
