IMO
The first one looks more like what they call a "partridge" color, the roo and hen like like blue with some uneven copper leakage so I'm not thinking it'd be classified as red-necked birchen.

They are all mixed color. None of them fit a real color profile.

The first is more of a wild type.

The second hen is closer to wheaton, but doesn't fit it.

The roo is just mixed. I called a simular roo "Red shouldered splash", but it's not accurate. He also had the same kind of leakage. It's not uniform enough to be called birchen, on either of them.

The first one is not a partridge or even close. . .

As said, none have a true color, but the first one is a "wildtype" or BBR (gold duckwing) at best

The second looks like a Wheaten x Duckwing

The last pair of birds I doubt are Birchen. . . Notice how they both have rose-combs, I think they're just leaky blues. When you cross black with colors like wheaten, duckwing, birchen, - You get colors exactly like those that mimic brown-red/birchen very well.

So what doesn't make it a partridge?

I have partridge cochins. Here's a pic of the breeding pair.

The coloring looks alot like my partridge hen.

I'm not being snarky, just curious.
