The first one has white wing tips
Come on help me out Cochin experts......Please
It almost looks like the first three are all blacks and the last one is a silver-laced.
The one with the red face "could" be a partridge, but I don't know as I've never raised one of those.
The first one has white wing tips and a little white on its wings. The third one has gold on its wings. Hope that helps because it doesn't show up very good in the pic's.
I'm guessing these are hatchery birds? Looks to be a silver laced, black, gold laced or partridge, silver laced.
Quote:Is it that easy to tell their hatchery quality??
I'd say that your gonna have to wait till they are older to see what color they are (since they are hatchery stock).
The best indicator is their pattern or how muttled it is.
I'm guessing blue, black, gold-laced and silver-laced.
