What color eggs will the chicks lay from my F1 olive egger and black australorp cross?

You may get some olives, but some will be brown. It all will depend on who gets the blue egg shell gene and who gets the brown egg shell gene.

Had to edit don't know what I am thinking.

You will likely get some lighter olive eggs than she lays and some brown eggs from her female offspring.

I forgot to say the olive egger is the rooster. Does that make a difference?

Only in that you won't know what he's contributing. Same result on offspring egg color, if you are positive he's an F1 cross. If he's a multiple generation olive egger, then your chances of getting brown eggs from the offspring go up.
