What color is this Polish rooster?

I have a Polish roo, Skittles. Does anybody know what color Polish he is?

I believe it's called Tolbunt. Very pretty.

He could be a mix of colors. Not all colors have a certain name. He could be a white crested red, or maybe a tolbunt with less white.
