what color is this?

    I am new and have 15 young guineas myself. Could this be a slate colored one? I really don't know as I am learning. But thats my idea, which I am probably wrong.

  2. i looked at the site and the chocolate ones have markings such as pearls or bars mine has no markings slate seems to be the closest one

    It's a slate guinea. I have a whole flock try crossing it to a lavender pied [​IMG] Interesting cross in colors I did it as a project and am currently watching my keets develop. The color is much like a citron color and keets look to be developing the pearling and pied.
