What color is this?

    Ok, this chick was hatched from a lavender/lavender breeding.
    It is now around 4 months old.
    Would this be considered a splash? I know it's not a lavender, lol.

    Thank you! I've never had a splash before
    and seeing them as adults doesn't really help
    when they are young. Now I just get to
    find a home for a splash silkie. LOL

    You can only get lavender out of a lavender to lavender breeding, no splashes.

    One of your birds is not lavender, maybe a split carrying blue.

    I think I may have a black/lavender split in there somewhere.
    I know there are no blues in the lavenders I have.
    Strange that this is the first splash to hatch in 2 years.

    LOL< if you were closer, I'd do that, kasey.
    I'll probably throw it out on craigslist locally and
    sell it. Not something I want in my breeding program anyways.
