what color/pattern is this?

Please tell me this isn't a bantam EE!! Any guesses on the age. I was told she was at least 8 weeks, but she looks nothing like my other 8 week old EE's.

She is beautiful. That said she has the same kind of neck feathers and fringe at the base of the tail that terrifies me that mine is a male. I absolutely refuse to put up pictures (they are 9.5 weeks now) because I don't want anyone to mess with my 'they are all girls' story. :)

En Plein Air Farms, are you saying that this could be a male as well?

4-H chicken mom, I believe her legs are a slate colored green. She was sold as an ameracauna (sp?)

My HUGE concern now is what age she looks to be and if she could be a bantam.

She's that partridge-ish/gold duck-wing-ish/not really any color a lot of easter egger hens are.

It's a pullet.

I can't help with size, no reference. If she's small, she may be a bantam. Or may just be a runt. Bantams are only about 1/5 the size of a large chicken. Some easter eggers are pretty light bodied.

I'm not great with age, but I'd agree she could be around 2 months old.

Here's an 8 week old (I think, maybe a bit younger) gold sex link to compare.

She is beautiful, why wouldn't you want a bantam EE pullet? That being said, while my EE roos are pretty large, my hens are really not that big of birds and very streamlined.
