What color silkie?

I got this silkie at a swap about a month ago and (s)he?? Is around 3.5 months old.
What color would you call this? Blue? Lavender?? And what would you say is the gender, I am leaning towards male.

Blue probably, but without a body pic it's hard to say for sure. I'm leaning towards male too, some of those crest feathers could be growing streamers but I could be wrong
