Anybody know what color I would get if I breed a red-ash with a black Indian Fantail.
I would not even try to guess too many variables. For example I bred solid white homers. In a perfect world all their off spring should be solid white (most of them are just for the record). However colouring can throw back generations. It is all about where the two chromasone wheel stops in the alignment of the ♂ and ♀.
My guess is you will know when the squabs are fully fledge not before. Also the colouring you get in this clutch will not necessarily be in the next clutch.
It is a crap shoot.
