What colour of Silkie am I?

    I received two Silkie eggs as extras when ordering eggs, and 1 made it to hatch.

    What kind/colour of Silkie do we have here? I've never seen little chipmunk ones before....gender guesses are welcome too! [​IMG]

    I have a bunch of silkies right now but none of them look like that! That looks closer to our guineas hahahah.. obviously is a silkie but,,, partridge maybe... that's the only kind idont have right now!

    A lot of silkies look like that when they are young. It could be a lot of different things. Gonna have to wait until it gets it's adult feathers.

    Does anyone have pictures of an adult partridge Silkie you can post? I've never seen one (I'm new to this wonderful world of chickens).

    Ok, thank you! [​IMG] I had looked at feather sites Silkie chick pics, but since they didn't look as stripey as ours, I couldn't be sure.
