What direction to lead my dd with her horse.

Thank you Akane, your post made alot of sense too. I really don't want to get into the politics of the whole thing, and it should be about having fun , and not winning, who looks the best, who spent the most money etc. That is totally what I want to avoid.

I want her to have fun, enjoy her horse(s), and become a great rider. She wants to barrel race, etc., and (gulp) i want her to do that (slowly--like at a trot!).

This is a whole new world we are getting ourselves into, and i want to do it right, and not get overwhelmed. I want to do what is best for her.
