what diseases are transmitted by eggs?

I was wondering, what diseases you could get in your flock from chicks hatched from eggs out of birds carrying some diseases? Any links would be appreciated too. Thanks

OK, this sounds like a test question from the NPIP exam. Pullorum, typhoid, mycoplasma gallisepticum, mycoplasma synoviae, mycoplasma meleagridis(turkeys)

Some that I know of are pullorum, MS, MG, lymphoid leukosis and avian encephalomyelitis.

Thanks so much for the replies. I didn't know the names, but I knew there were several. At least this is enough to give a person a head start on learning more. Those are some pretty nasty bugs there...
