I agree, can you get a clearer photo?
What is the material in the prolapse - egg, poop, lash egg?
Is there a shell?
You may have to dig it out, soaking will be helpful, I would also try to lubricate with something - coconut oil or mineral oil.

If seeking vet care is an option for you that would be good. If that is completely blocking the vent so she's not able to poop, you need to continue to work on it.

It looks like a distended vent with hard poop. Urates, the white part of the droppings can also cake up around the vent. I would soak her for about 20 minutes in a dishpan of warm soapy or Epsom salts water at least once a day. Take a disposable glove and try to dig out any caked droppings with a finger. Apply some vaseline or coconut oil to the vent. Give some coconut oil daily for a couple of days. Give 1 tsp daily (freeze for several minutes to make it solid, then cut into bite size pieces, and offer it to her.) You could substitute olive oil or mineral oil, but mix those into some egg or food. The oil should make her droppings softer.
