I posted in the introduction forum with a list of what I 'think' I have but I am not sure.

I was told that some of my black ones are polish bantam crosses and some were jungle fowl hybrids. I'm not sure really at all on the white ones.

Today we got 4 more hens. I'm pretty sure 1 is a silky and 1 is an americana (green eggs) but the other 2 I'm not too sure on.

I'm more curious than anything and appreciate any suggestions or ideas.

Quote:Yeah I was wondering on the white ones. The rooster looks like a 'typical' rooster but the hens have no comb (visible anyway) at all so far as I can tell. I'll admit I'm real green at the various breeds of chickens but I've not seen one without a comb/crest at all...even at this age.

I'm anxious to see what they look like by the end of summer. I anxious to see what they lay as well.

    Thanks!
