From photos, they need to be at least 3 months old. Late developing toms can take up to 6 months old.

They still aren't 3 months old yet. This is strictly a guess based on the wattle development. Toms will start their wattle earlier than hens but the hens will catch up soon.

The one in the front in the second picture may be a tom. The one behind him may be a hen.
