Her eye is swollen, watery and she has gurggly breathing and her comb and waddle have small, back patches everywhere. I figured the latter would be fowl pox, but what about her eye and the breathing?

She may have scratched a fowl pox nodule near her eye causing an eye infection. Flush the eye with saline solution then put a small amount of terramycin eye ointment or neosporin ointment in the eye, continue with the ointment until healed. Also get her started on gallimycin. Look inside her mouth and look for lesions or yellow plaque (wet pox.) If you see any, there could be lesions in the trachea causing the respiratory symptoms you're observing. If there arnt any, you might be also dealing with a respiratory disease.
