This now has better pictures.they are probably a mixed breed, but which mix?The mums are big and have large combs, if that helps. They are about eight weeks old.I'm hoping for pullets. [IMG]

1 This one is probobly the prettiest, I'm hoping pullet especially.

2 Looks like a roo, but I'm not sure at all.

3 Is most likely a pullet.

This is their brother, I don't need help to guess this one.

Which one? They look pretty much the same, but they're 3 different chicks.

#2 pullet. It is kind of hard to tell with the blurred pics, but I can see that they are pretty. [IMG]

None of them are showing obvious roo signs yet (to me, anyway). You may have lucked out and got three pullets! You have at least one or two pullets anyway... If you post new pics in another month or two we could tell you for sure! [IMG]

First, what are they supposed to be? Columbian Wyandottes, Easter Eggers, or general mutts? The first one is likely a cockerel, the other two it is hard to say without knowing their breed or likely cross of breeds.

One is whistling, not like normal chick noises but like human whistling. They make high-pitched growling sounds. They also make the "Where are you?" sound. Does that mean anything?
