What gender are these Bantams?

New to raising chickens - hoping for some guidance on the gender of these chicks. We think the Silkie and the Polish are hens and the other Bantam is a rooster, but not sure. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Silkies are tough at that age, but I will say 85% it's a pullet. Polish is a pullet, and the cochin is a cockerel. Good luck with your flock.
