I would keep an eye on Lady, Honey, and Tumble... The wattles at least look larger than I would think for a pullet... But I'm no Wyandotte expert.

All look like pullets...... Not so sure on tumble and fatty though....they may be Roos.

I don't see any dead roo giveaways.........so I'm gonna say all hens.

I have 4 golden laced wyandottes that age and mine are all pullets. Yours look exactly like mine. Some of their waddles are larger but my barred rock pullets are the same way, some have very large and red waddles and some are still almost invisible. Some just take longer to mature than others. I would say pullets.
