    I'm not familiar with welsummers but to me, that looks like a cockeral for sure.

    Hens. They don't have long thin feathers on their backs. Could you get some back and tail photos?

    They're too young to have hackle or saddle feathers. But those combs and the colors indicate roosters. Wellsummer pullets feather in a different color than the roos.

    If you are near CA, I have a couple girls I'm looking to rehome. (they don't make the cut for breeding)
