What gender is this baby chick?? [pictures]

This baby chick is nearly 1 week old, and it looked very similar to the other hen we hatched about 6 months ago.. but it is very strong and active! I keep swinging both ways.. what do you think??

thx guys for your help.. mikarod, unfortunately i dont have any really good head pics of it atm as most of them are blurry as it moves around so much and doesnt stay still lol.. and its currently sleeping.. [11pm sydney, australia time].. so i'll have to get back to you on that.
But it does look like it has a lil comb, half black/yellow but it seems a bit flat.. and not like the other rooster chick we hatched 6 months ago [from my other post's pictures] which was evident in the first few days and bright yellow!.. and it looked like the chick that eventually turned out to be a hen in the first few days.. but now its starting to look like a rooster from its appearance so i'm so clueless. We are starrting to put bets on in the household
