What gender is this silkie?

Stormy is approximately 9 weeks old. Any guesses on his/her gender? Thanks!!!

Silkies can be tough to gender ID, but I'll go out on a limb and say cockerel.

Cockerel. Huge comb, and looks like streamers are starting!

BIG comb, I'd guess cockerel. Prefer though to see bird facing front with crest held back to display full extent of comb. From the side the comb looks bulbous like a toad sitting there.

Stormy's comb is pretty round and bulbous. Here is a picture from straight on. Is it possible for a silkie to have a larger comb and wattles and still be a hen. From what I see it seems the hens really do not have them. I ask because I have an older white silkie, around 4.5 months old that has a much rounder crest than this little grey one, but he/she has never crowed. We assumed "Han Solo" was a rooster due to the comb and wattles. What do you think.
