what gender is this

these to chickens are 4months old and I don't know what they are. the white one is a mix between silkie and isabrown. the black is silkie and australorp.

I am not an expert but the Australorp/silkie cross definitely looks like a hen. I am not highly familiar with the isa brown cross breed (other than it is a type of Sex-link that originated in France) so although the Isabrown/Silkie cross looks like a she to me (because of some of the features), I am not 100% positive on that conclusion.

I'd like to see them all facing front so I can see the extent of their combs or lack of them.

Hello! Since you a fairly new, welcome to Backyard Chickens. It is nice to meet you. It looks like you have two pretty hens. But the silkie/ISA brown may be a cockerel. My closest guess at the moment is both pullet...
