What gender?

Here is my 8 week old California White. Struggling to tell their gender. My mom insists that she is a pullet. But since the beginning I’ve suspected that they could be a cockerel. What do you guys think?

That's an awful red comb for 8 weeks for a pullet, I'd say cockerel.

I don’t know if it is a rooster or a layer, She’s a bit bigger than the other 3 and has a bigger red thing on the top of her head, but has no red thing under her head like neck area, she is shy but also a little meaner than the rest. I don’t know how to tell!
