What gender?

    It's a silkie and I know they are almost impossible to tell until they crow or lay an egg, but this one that I kept seems to be growing pretty fast, and is flying and jumping around his or her temp cage quite a bit. Maybe you know or can take a good guess to what gender?[​IMG]

    Sorry, but it is just way too young to tell gender. Wait until "it" feathers in. We'll be able to tell better then.

    I'm sorry but it is way too young. I actually think you can sex silkies before they crow or lay an egg... but they have to have their adult features (size, feathering, etc).
