what genders are these chicks?

I don't know. You can usually tell if they are a hen or rooster when they become older and adolescents.

They all look like pullets, except for the first one. Keep in mind that a rooster is nice. I have two, and will have three soon.

would it be bad if they mated with their mother?

they are way to young to tell genders on i think there are at least 2 cockerels.

no just don't breed brothers to sisters

Parent--offspring matings are okay as long as you practice correct line breeding.

And on the sex of the chicks: They really are too young to tell, but I love to guess. 1, 3, and 5 look like possible cockerels to me so far, but repost again in a few weeks
