    meat loaf and mashed potatoes? I need to fix another veggie. or something. yesterday we had pork chops, fried potatoes, gravy biscuts and broccoli today so far I have a meatloaf in the oven and taters on boiling but need to fix something else bread we are having fried corn bread

    Carrots! I usually peel some carrots, dice them up, and then let them boil in water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves until they are soft. They are soooooo yummy! [​IMG]

    Me. Of course when I show up, the meatloaf and potatoes don't stay around for long. [​IMG][​IMG] But seriously, how about some navy beans? Don't forget LOTS of gravy, and no tomato paste stuff on the meatloaf... Melt some cheese on top for the last 5 minutes in the oven instead. mmmm....
