What happened to this chick's leg?

Good morning
I hatched this chick about a week ago, and now I am at a loss what to do for him/her. It's a mille fleur, who for some reason this does not look like spraddle leg. I'm not sure what it is, but it was most likely caused by my new hatching skills

Poor thing limps on it and doeds not put weight on it at all. Aside from culling the poor thing, is there anything someone can recommend to heal it?

I have not clue, but maybe a more experienced BYC'er will chime in, but could it be broken?
