Good Luck! I have all my herbs & flowers planted along the front of my chicken run. I have seen them eating the Echinacea leaves and I can’t keep a single bloom on any of the marigolds! I dehydrate oregano & mix it into their feed, but I’ve never seen them eat any of my herbs of their own free will, so...? But I love rosemary on anything! I dehydrate it & store it in the freezer for use and I also take every opportunity to use a fresh branch. Hope you like the smell, because any time I strip the leaves off the branches it’s super sticky and thick oil is hard to get off!

They are long and pretty thick. I would dehydrate or dry it out and then crush or chop it in a processor. It’ll probably be a lot more palatable & more easily eaten that way.

That sure doesn't look like rosemary to me! The leaves are way to broad. This is rosemary:

I see. Are they more of a dried herb for nesting boxes rather than eating then?

If a chicken can eat a giant nightcrawler it can eat a Rosemary leaf.
