What how much white makes a muscovy pied?

    Hi I have a chocolate muscovy with a few white spots on its wings and was wondering what make a muscovy pied

    Technically a colored muscovy with any white on it (not including the head as white head is a separate gene) is considered "pied". Though some dark colored ducks will get more and more white as they age.

    This one is NOT pied. Shes a black barred with a white head. White wing feathers are common and do not make them "pied"

    This is a blue pied. Notice how white her chest is

    These are both pied. Lilac on the left, chocolate on the right

    This is a dark rippled "bibbed". She has a perfect bib, not pied. But the drake behind her is pied

    Pied, even though she has black feathers mixed into the white. Also white headed

    Not pied, black barred with white head gene and wing feathers
