What if you butcher a heritage turkey at 4 months?

Hi everyone! Here's my next silly turkey question. We simply have too many turkeys right now. We'll most likely butcher our BBB turkeys at the end of August, which will make them just a bit over 4 months.

Would there be any benefit to also butchering a few of our extra Midget Whites at that age? What happens if you butcher them before the 8-12 month stage? No meat? Horrible tasting?

    Thanks!

Our Blue Slates are about the size of a small chicken at that point, probably isn't a whole lot of meat on the bones yet.

The meat would be more tender but not much of it.

I processed a 6 month old due to too many toms and being pecked. He was 5k's and tasted amazing and very tender.
