    Kind of comb does my silkie roo have? This guy has a beautiful crow I love listening to him! His comb is huge I know its not a walnut comb so what is it?

    Anyone? Would this be considered a rose comb?

    Yeah tell me about it his comb has grew this size in over a month I was like WOW its most of his face.

    Looks like a walnut comb to me. Here's a pic of my roo, his is about the same.

    That's what I don't like about the silkies. Their combs look like a tumor!

    Those things should to be called brain tumor combs instead of walnut combs. [​IMG]

    LOL, I know I have a roo whos comb is not this big and when i saw how big his is growing I was like OMG What In The World. So it is a walnut comb?

    Yes walnut. Standards in some countries apparently call for very large combs on roosters.. saw a picture of an Australian(?) silkie rooster with comb much bigger than that. It was practically a shield right in front of his face...

    Yes, that IS a walnut comb. A rosecomb would have a "leader" or "point" towards the back and would be more bumpier.
