What is a Frizzle Rooster?

    Does anyone know what is a Frizzle Rooster? Something about backwards feathers??

    I have 4 of them, their hair is like feathered, like we used to wear our hair. [​IMG]

    To me they look like electrocuted silkie crosses...
    Nice looking though, and are pretty nice. My friend has a cochin frizzle hen who is really docile

    I'm having a problem with my frizzle his neck is beet red and losing feathers their can anyone help
