I see people talking about it, and I can usually figure out abbreviations, but I am stumped on this one.. Thanks

Sun flower seeds in the shell? De-shelled?

Black oil sunflower seeds in the shell. About 15% protein - great treats for your birds. Encourages feather growth. And they love it.

One of the treats I feed them from my hands.

They were just slapping themselves in the forehead because they didn't know what BOSS was, but had black oil sunflower seeds already, just had probably never abbreviated it.

    Oh and Welcome to BYC!!
