What is flock block

    I am new to this. What exactly is flock block and what is it for?

    Hey, a flock block is a hard treat block usually made from scratch, oats, grain, binded with wet bread and cooked. You can also buy these. Check out this thread I JUST posted on. (The very last page) It shows the pics of the block I just made!

    It's a treat, and helps combat boredom... Maybe they'll pick it, instead of another chicken?

    I just bought one for the first time from TSC for $12. My chickens love it. I am going to get another one for my turkeys. I just read the thread for making your own though, so maybe I will try that.
